Chicken Ham Cheese Roll-Ups

Last night, I decided to feed my inner carnivore and fix some meat stuffed with meat.  Thanks, Martha Stewart, for this one!

Chicken, Ham, and Cheese Roll-Ups
1) Set your oven to broil.
2) Gather your ingredients.
Great thing No. 1?  There are only 6 things needed to make these, and two of them are salt and pepper!

3) Cover a cookie sheet with foil.
This is more important than you will realize while you are doing it.

4) Create a workspace for chicken preparation and lay out chicken cutlets (the thinnest ones you can find).
5) Top each cutlet with salt, pepper, and a little honey mustard.
6) Cover each cutlet with 1 piece of ham and 1 slice of Swiss cheese (divided in half, longways).
I only used about half as much honey mustard as the recipe calls for, but if you would like it sweeter, use the full amount.

8) Roll up chicken from the smallest end and place on baking sheet.
9) Place (at least) one slice of Swiss cheese on top of each roll-up.

10) Broil for 10-12 minutes.
Yes, this cookie sheet is ancient, and it bends when it gets hot.  Everything prepared on it tastes better though.  :)

11) Enjoy the cheesy goodness!

This meal took a grand total of 20 minutes to prepare.  Yum yum!!  Hope you enjoy.  :)
