Hey, Coke, should we come up with a creative name for this post?

Last weekend, Nick, Rick, Chance, and I headed west to visit some of our favorite Sooners in the Mile High City.  On the agenda was some red dirt music, bottomless mimosas, a day in the park, and a baseball game.  Other than a suspected inappropriate piece of artwork on the side of Coke's car, it was a fantastic weekend!  Here are a few pics.

3 wolves, one moon?  This is how Rick got off the plane... Pre-hot beas.

Going to see Casey!

The Grizzley Rose is one of my favorite places.  :)

Still pre-hot beans.

Me, Chance, and Chance's new BFF... out clubbin

Post-hot bean Bloodys. We were really hungry, so we filled up on cheese and pepperonis from the Bloody Mary bar before our food arrived.  And we definitely got our $8 worth of mimosas... HellUUUuuuuu??

Nap time after mimosas and a really long day in the park.  Ricky clearly needed some hot beans here.

Big Baby was sleepy too.  Sure, Champ!  You can borrow my pillow.

Coke's and Rodine's mailman is the coolest!

PAS1!

Yay for the Rickies!

Like THIS!

We were exactly a mile high.

We visited Red Rocks on Sunday!

Oh you...

And then... we found Magic Mountain.  I count the days until my return.

Oh yes.  We ARE at the top of an alpine slide!  We may have done this twice.

Holy krow, did we have fun!

It was a trip for the ages, but I will need about a year to recover before I can do it again.  As we were leaving, the Southwest staff reminded us of all our great times that weekend in pictures along the tunnell...

Do the Shake Weight dance!

Coke... it's time for THE WAVE!

PA...

S1!!!!

Dear Denver,
Thanks for all the great memories.  Can't wait to see you again soon!
Sincerely,
Patti
